Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days after processing. Personalized and custom-engraved items may require additional production time, noted on the product page.

Free Shipping

Orders over $75 ship free within the US. Shipping for other orders is calculated at checkout.

Order Issues

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email us at valleytrue559@gmail.com and we'll track it down.

Buying for a Deadline?

Ordering for a birthday, Father's Day, or Christmas? We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks ahead to allow for processing and delivery.
